Billing & Insurance

Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance carrier.  We will bill your insurance company for your child’s visit as a convenience to you.  However, it is your responsibility to know what your plan covers and what it does not.  Also, as insurance programs can change from time to time, the list of insurance companies with which we participate may change without notice. We try to keep our list updated frequently. If you have any questions as to whether Pediatrics 5280 is a participating provider for your plan, please contact your insurance company.
