Appointments

All visits require an appointment. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to be able to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

In order to provide the best care to all our patients, it is essential for appointments that are scheduled to be attended. No-shows create challenges beyond the financial impact on our practice. When an appointment is missed, it takes an available time slot away from another patient who may need medical attention. To ensure better service for all, we have implemented the following policy:

No Show Appointments:

If a patient fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, a $25 fee will be applied.

Please note that insurance companies consider this fee to be the patient’s responsibility.

We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting. You can also schedule most ill visits online with the MyChart portal.

Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.

Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 2-3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
