  • Ear Piercing

Several of our providers complete ear piercing. It is a provider dependent offering. We recommend ear piercing occur after 6 months old. Waiting until children are 6 months or older ensures that they have had their first few rounds of vaccines (including tetanus) and allows the ear to grow big enough to allow for accurate placement of the earring. We want to make sure that this elective procedure carries as little risk to your child as possible.
