Pediatrics
Liesl Young, MD, joined Pediatrics 5280 in 2007. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 1997 and completed her pediatric training at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri in 2000. Prior to joining Pediatrics 5280, she worked at The Children’s Hospital Urgent Care in Aurora, CO and had a private practice in Castle Rock, CO. Dr. Young is married with two children and enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, and music. Dr. Young hopes that a visit with her will feel more like visiting a friend than a doctor.
Dr. Young has been a fantastic fit for my family. We've been seeing her for the past 6 yrs since my son was born. She's always eager to answer all of my questions with a smile. I have to admit that we did move further away when we had our 2nd kiddo and reluctantly tried out a local pediatrician. We quickly went back to Dr. Young even though it's an additional 20-minute drive. She is worth every minute of my time.
